"Freeland" is a private mini city-state for West Persians to move to in free Iran. No taxation. An abundance of wealth opportunities. English language and a focus on being international, like Dubai, Monaco, and Paris Disneyland. Non-Iranians can move here. "Freeland" will be inside Old Iran, but won't be under the authority of the Iranian government. It will be a semi-autonomous government similar to how Monaco is semi-autonomous but inside France. This city-state development will connect Old / Free Iran to the world in a user-friendly, accessible, English language way. To ensure stability and continuity of policy, there won't be any voting. It will be run by the NotDisneyland corporation as a brand similar to how Microsoft and Disney are run.
