There's like a hundred pages of stuff, so I decided to put it in a book which will be expensive because it has a lot of color illustrations.

I will also make it into a cheap e-book / kindle book.

Later, I will offer it for free on a downloadable PDF in Persian for people who are in Iran who can't access the pay versions.

Having the physical book will allow you to sit in bed and visualize being there, and how to develop it properly. If you are an artist, engineer, architect, or investor who wants to participate, this is a good book to start with.

By focusing on the perfect future that we want, it will grow closer.
