Whether Iran or any other nation, it is clear that there needs to be a new kind of engineering, the kind that will help houses and buildings withstand megaquakes, floods, fires, etc.

This endeavor must be done through NotDisneyland, so that we can develop homes and buildings that won't be destroyed in the coming years.

For those of you who don't know, a dwarf star named Planet X by scientists or Nibiru by the ancients, is extremely near Earth so that it is causing gravitational disturbances that are leading to an increase in size and frequency of megadisasters. The influence of this massive star is shifting the tectonic plates and stirring up volcanic activity. It will shake Earth from now until 2050 and destroy a lot of terrestrial mass. From some parts of the planet it appears as a second sun or a second moon. The situation is extremely serious. That is why we are forming the NotDisneyland group of geniuses. There is not living for yourself any longer.  We will be forming into a team of millions of people, mostly those of us living in the West. This is one hundred percent necessary. This planet was predicted by the Bible and Nostradamus regarding the End Times. At most we only have two decades. For the populations who live in the war zones and megaquake zones, they probably won't live past the year 2030.

Iran will be the leader in creating a new type of housing that every nation will want to know about and emulate.

I'm asking for research companies to experiment with new materials. There are two areas of interest. Low-cost housing that looks styllish, and more elaborate houses for people who have money.

These houses must be able to withstand a 9-12 point megaquake, or at least be made in such a way, that when they partially collapse, the collapse doesn't kill anyone.

These homes might have to be built with the same kind of plastic used to make iPhone protective shells. They would be lightweight with hollow walls. After installing everything, a hose is hooked up to one wall, and seawater pumped in to fill the walls up and provide weight. Ideally, the water can provide temperature control. In the winter when the sun hits the walls, it should provide light (through semi-transparent outer walls) and heat.

No nails should be used. Everything should connect like Lego pieces, so that the house can be built in one hour. No electric or plumbing on the inside of the walls. One heavy-duty electric cable will run from the outside into the main room of the house. From there, other cables can be hooked up to the main cable and fed to each room. Women might not like that look, but I like the look because it reminds me of a scene from a science-fiction movie.
 
We have to keep everything simple. No elaborate pieces. We are headed for a world war and megadisasters that will put everything and everyone to the test. Forget your normal goals. You now have new goals, new priorities - SURVIVE IN STYLE.

The structure of a house must now be flexible because if it is too stiff it will be broken by an 8-point or higher megaquake.

The homes could be shaped in such a way so that they can't collapse.

Connect girders with a ball that is made out of rubber.

Sloping pylons for larger structures can be spiked into the ground.
 
‍We need some kind of free energy device to power houses.

There will be no gas water heaters or AC units inside the home. Cold air or warm air will be pumped into the house from outside source - a set of community AC and heating units, so that you never have to fix or replace them.


     

And we need a better way to desalinate sea water and make it drinkable. The I.R.I. have totally destroyed the infrastructure through their corruption. Many of the areas are unfixable because they built hundreds of damns with no thought of the outcome. The best solution is to turn to the Persian Gulf, build massive underwater pipes to draw in water and pump the water through deep underground pipes all the way to the northern area of Iran, desalinate the water, and get it to flow through the terrestrial areas of Iran, downwards back toward the Gulf.

Iran has tunnel digging machines, so it has that advantage. Massive amounts of ocean water must be pumped from the Gulf towards the uplands.

Tap water does not have to be desalinated. That is too much strain on a failed system. People can take showers and flush their toilet with sea water.

Another thing we need to redesign is the toilet. There is no way that I'm going to allow the same old disgusting idiotic toilets that exist today to be installed in our homes.

There are two types of toilets I want to be designed.

1. MODULE TOILETS

The entire restroom should be a module that can be easily replaced. Something like the pictures above. That way you don't ever have to clean the restroom. You just replace the entire module once a year and get a brand-new clean restroom.  A crane comes to the house, pulls the old one out, and inserts the new one. $3000 to buy a new module and have it replaced including taking the old one away and installing a new one. A water pipe will be hooked up straight to the back of the toilet and unfiltered sea water will shoot out at high intensity - to help lower the sea levels which by the 2030s will be 100 feet higher than normal. 

2. EASY TOILETS

I want something new, made of aluminum, costs twenty dollars, has no water tank, and is easy enough a grandma can replace it in just two minutes. It will be shaped like Aladdin's lamp with the front tip curving upward so men can pee while sitting. It will be attached to a platform using two latches. It will sit lower to the ground than a typical toilet. The pipe underneath will curve so that it runs on the outside of the house, not inside the wall. There won't be a water tank. There will just be a large faucet that you turn on. There can be a foot pedal to turn on the faucet.

We have the financial fluidity, innovative mindset, and the capabilities that will be necessary to create a pop-up city; meaning an entire metropolis built in just a year of time rather than twenty years. Can it be done? Yes, if organized properly and by implementing new innovation. Humans can do almost anything when they work together, especially if we use what I call the “Lego building method,” which is to prefabricate chunks of a structure, then haul them to the site on giant flatbed trailers custom built where a crew snaps them into place and assembles a house in one day or a hotel in one month. Details are added on afterwards on a longer trajectory.

Most importantly, I need funding to hire the best architects to create blueprints to be used to build the designs I have in mind. Some of my architectural visions are on display on this website. I will have other designs as soon as I learn to use architecture software. But we still need to hire several architecture firms to do all the calculations, the engineering, and make all the blueprints. The picture below is one of my designs. I need blueprints to make it doable.
